Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

As Producer, you will...

• Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to ship
• Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines
• Identify and remove roadblocks
• Create and update schedules and tasks
• Keep the team motivated and focused on goals, milestones and quality
• Provide informed decisions with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation
• Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables
• Keep the team mobilized and focused on goals, milestones and quality

What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

• You have a minimum of 3 years of game production experience
• You possess a solid understanding of the game development process for AAA games
• You've shipped at least 1 game
• You have strong project and people management skills
• You are experienced in a multiple-studios collaboration environment
• You have strong team building abilities
• You are experienced in tracking complex projects
• You have a passion for Bethesda Game Studios titles

Bonus Skills

• You are proficient with C++ and object-oriented programming
