    Overview

    Arkane Studios, part of the ZeniMax Media Inc. company, is seeking a talented Animator to join our team in making AAA games. Under the Lead animator responsibility, the animator creates animations for in-game AI controlled characters but also for in-game scripted sequences.

    Responsibilities

    His/Her main responsibilities will include:

    • Create and maintain high-end key frame animations (body motions and facial expression)
    • Motion-captured clean up and post animation to fit to the defined animation style.
    • Integration & test of produced animations inside the game engine

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of experience in the game industry
    • Excellent knowledge of Maya
    • Excellent understanding of the principles of animation (timing, spacing, posing)
    • Excellent understanding of body mechanics
    • Solid keyframing experience
    • Strong ability to deliver on time
    • Experience with game engine

    Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of Motion Builder
    • Mocap editing experience
