• Website maintenance
• Translating campaign text into Dutch/French
• Supporting marketing activities:
• Contacting partners
• Overseeing live campaigns
• Handling internal assets/approval requests
• Community
• Creating and scheduling social posts
• Competition prize distribution
• Creation of photograph assets for partner content
• Gathering and summation of community sentiment
• Event support and attendance
• Livestream support:
• Form and Chat monitoring
• Off-camera technical assistance
• PR
• Overseeing distribution of press blasts to relevant agencies
• Distributing review codes/disc samples to press
• Booking flights/hotels for press events
• Additional PR support:
• Contacting press
• Arranging and attending meetings
• Arranging and overseeing interviews

• Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Database knowledge preferred
• Research and use of analytics experience
• Understanding and interest of key marketing principles and marketing function. Marketing or Business Administration undergraduate preferred
• Well organised and disciplined with the ability to plan workload effectively
• Self-motivated, focused and able to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
• Good Team working skills - able to work within a matrix organization
• Analytical with close attention to detail
• Previous work experience and genuine interest in gaming preferred
• Fluent in English
