The Localization Project Manager shall supervise the localization process for their assigned project(s) to ensure quality of translation, timing and testing necessary to bring AAA products to market. The Localization Project Manager will work with the Head of Localization Production and the Global Localization Director to oversee day-to-day aspects of full product localization, as well as marketing and PR materials.


  • Planning, organizing and monitoring translation and localization requests independently, ensuring consistency with timelines, quality and budgeted expenses
  • Asset preparation, coordination and management between divisions/departments and external vendors
  • Specialized coordination of marketing related materials, as well as press releases, interviews, etc., including approvals from Territories
  • Communicating between localization contact(s) within localization team, territories and localization vendors
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of requests, and swift identification and resolution of issues
  • Ensuring a consistent result across all assets for each game
  • Such other duties as may be set forth by the Company


  • Knowledge of software internationalization and localization principles
  • 3+ years' experience in localization or games production
  • 2+ years' experience in project management within the entertainment or communication industries
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly proficient at MS Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to produce high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize and resolve problems
  • Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while meeting sensitive deadlines
  • Understanding of foreign cultures and awareness of cross-cultural differences.

Preferred Skills

  • University degree with emphasis on linguistics/translation or computer science
  • Knowledge of videogames, hardware, industry trends, and the game production process
  • Familiarity with translation tools, CAT software, and databases
  • Familiarity with audio files formats and the recording process
  • Familiarity with professional audio and visual equipment
  • Fluency in at least one foreign language.
