The Digital Sales Assistant works closely with the Digital Sales team to facilitate communication, manage & deliver assets to external partners, solve problems and remove anything in the way of the team being able to bring great products to market.
Facilitate communication between Digital Sales teams and other disciplines and departments
Identify and remove roadblocks
Identify and champion improvements to team processes
Collaborate with graphic and brand teams to create and manage assets
Communicate with game and accounting teams to manage product key inventories
Maintain team calendar and knowledge base, including key information for multiple products
Record and circulate notes in meetings with internal & external teams.
Minimum 2 years in an operational, project management, or team management role
BA / BS or equivalent experience required
Strong project and people management skills
Works well in fast-paced environment
Experience tracking multiple projects and priorities
Firm understanding of Microsoft Office Products & other cloud-based technologies
Past sales and/or retail experience a plus
Gaming Knowledge is a plus, as is familiarity with Bethesda Softworks titles
