Overview

The Digital Sales Assistant works closely with the Digital Sales team to facilitate communication, manage & deliver assets to external partners, solve problems and remove anything in the way of the team being able to bring great products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between Digital Sales teams and other disciplines and departments
  • Identify and remove roadblocks
  • Identify and champion improvements to team processes
  • Collaborate with graphic and brand teams to create and manage assets
  • Communicate with game and accounting teams to manage product key inventories
  • Maintain team calendar and knowledge base, including key information for multiple products
  • Record and circulate notes in meetings with internal & external teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in an operational, project management, or team management role
  • BA / BS or equivalent experience required
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • Works well in fast-paced environment
  • Experience tracking multiple projects and priorities
  • Firm understanding of Microsoft Office Products & other cloud-based technologies
  • Past sales and/or retail experience a plus
  • Gaming Knowledge is a plus, as is familiarity with Bethesda Softworks titles
