Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

As Senior Monetization designer you will… 

• Design and implement monetization strategies to increase revenue from our F2P mobile games
• Analyze and interpret data to understand player behavior and optimize in-game features to increase revenue
• Work with product development teams to integrate monetization features into games
• Collaborate with marketing & publishing teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
• Setup and maintain the in-game store
• Mentor and train designers on best practices for effective monetization 

What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in monetization and economy design in free-to-play mobile games. 
• You have at least 2 years of experience working on a live game. 
• You are experienced in building special offers, product bundles and other monetization products, running price sensitivity analyses and A/B testing. 
• You have a deep knowledge of the video games industry, game economies, and up-to-date game monetization strategies, particularly for mobile games.. 
• You possess extensive expertise in analyzing monetization KPI data and adeptly translate insights into actionable recommendations for project leadership and design teams.
• You have excellent written and spoken English, in order to effectively interface with key US stakeholders.

Senior Monetization Designer (Mobile) - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 - $165,000 per year.

ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
